At Bella Bangles, every piece is carefully crafted with love and attention. Please read our updated returns policy before making a purchase.

Requesting a Return

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit (valid for 12 months).

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is issued only once per customer within a 12-month period.
  • Store credit must be used in a single transaction.
  • Store credit cannot be combined with promotions or discount codes.
  • Credit notes are issued once only and cannot be exchanged for another credit note.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom bangles are strictly non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Condition of Returns

  • Bangles must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
  • Returns missing packaging, damaged, or showing signs of wear will not be processed.
  • Any Bella Bangles boxes missing, written on, or damaged will incur a £5 deduction per box from the store credit amount.
  • Items with tamper tags removed or returns sent after the time limit are not eligible.

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping (domestic & international) is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent in the original packaging using a tracked service.
  • Bella Bangles is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event your bangles arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or website chat.
  • Include a photo of the issue for faster resolution.
